  1. I like the sequence of the haiga and then the two haiku. The child’s laughter heard through an open window really sums up this time of distancing.

    • aloha Janet. thank you. i’ve found i’ve been writing pandemic related material more often than i’d thought. unfortunately it is very present in our daily lives, even when we are in areas that have low case counts. hopefully we can continue to keep it that way and other areas will get better. stay safe. have fun and write on too. we all need little breaks from the seriousness of this time occasionally. aloha rick.
