That the haiga may be seen and read as intended, all in one image, I no longer post the haiku separately beneath the haiga, in addition to being within the work.

    • aloha Cara. cool. yes, i like casting a very wide net of linking up to prompts. the way i see it, if i can see the link, it counts, whether anyone else can see it or not. way fun. aloha r.

    • aloha Gabrielle. yeah, exactly. this yard (a neighbor’s) is always full of beautiful color (and food plants too). and yeah about the color of barking. altho it can be blue at times and yellow at times and. . . .well. . . .just about every color under the universe of color. at least that’s what i suspect. ahem, as for mustard yellow. . . .ha. yeah, i would have to agree—at times. ehewwwwwww. . . .bwhahahahha. thank you. aloha r.

    • aloha Renee. this is actually a neighboring house. it’s always a delight to walk past it on my urbane walks. of course the dog when i return to my own house often greets me with excitement, colorfully barking. fun thank you. aloha r.
