NaPoWriMo 2016 April Day #10 ~ Five Short Book Spine Poems
lonesome traveler
seventy years a cowboy
a separate reality
<<<>>>
a spy
in the house of love
the wreck
half asleep
in frog pajamas
learning by heart
<<<>>>
reality sandwiches
how to practice
colour meditations
a short walk
in the Hindu Kush
<<<>>>
double whammy
open mind, open heart
centering
the way of the brush
<<<>>>
hand shadows
being peace
the sound of water

NaPoWriMo—National (and International) Poetry Writing Month Day #10 (April 2016). The Challenge: Write a “book spine” poem. This involves taking a look at your bookshelves, and writing down titles in order (or rearranging the titles) to create a poem.
I’ve included the full book shots so that the writers, editors and publishers will have credits. The only book not fully visible is Being Peace by Thich Nhat Hanh.
