Although this is a compilation from four different photos, it is also closer in a visual sense to what went on above the house across the street last night. Or maybe it was the house behind that one. Regardless which one it was it was loud and bright and colorful, boding well for the new year I suspect. The booms have gone on today but not too many. It’s fun to see people out in the street celebrating and wishing each other well for the new year. About an hour to two hours after midnight people start cleaning up. Fun.
