I was recently surprised to discover so much of the passionfruit vine not only exploding in fruit, but also ripening in pinkish reds to purples. It is quite taste and a treat this time of year. I picked up a bowl full last week and it’s been ripening on (and disappearing from) the countertop every since. Fun.
