Haiga ~ Image with Haiku as One Work

For the past month and a half (and probably onward for another month or so) I’ve been coordinating and scheduling to rework the roof and change the house over to a solar powered house. When completed the house should function entirely on solar power. Excess energy not used by the house should be able to be recycled back to the island-wide electrical grid (so the house is not entirely “off-the-grid”). This will enable others to use the power this house collects but does not use—which is likely to happen in summer months.

The prompt for today is: Train(s) and/or Recycling (Sept. 27)

Each 30 Days of Haiga post has a new Mister Linky button for that day. To connect your haiga post to the prompt for today, click on the Mister Linky button below and add your post URL link (which is different from your blog URL link) as indicated.

Leave a note in the comment section when you add your haiga post URL link and I will try to come visit your haiga (this may take a few days—especially toward the end of the month). Currently I’m behind on comments and visits. I hope to remedy this in the coming days.

Anyone can visit haiga created by others. Click on the Mister Linky button and then the post you’d like to visit.

The next three Direction/Inspiration/Prompts for 30 Days of Haiga September 2013:

  • 28. Airplane(s)/Airport(s) (Sept. 28)
  • 29. Piano and/or Breakfast (Sept. 29)
  • 30. Safety Pin(s) and/or Dog(s) (Sept. 30)

You are welcome to participate as often as possible in 30 Days of Haiga September 2013—and have fun.

For additional information click September 30 Days of Haiga in the navigation bar at the top of this page under the header. Aloha—Rick.
