Haiga ~ Image with Haiku as One Work
Every so often on a walk I discover a playing card. I’ve found the Jack of hearts, the 8 of spades, the 4 of clubs, the queen of diamonds, the ace of spades and so on. This has taken place over a time span of several years, however; I always seem to pick them up wondering how they got there and why—in other words the story behind the card being where I find it. Occasionally I know what I will do with the card when I pick it up. Usually I have no idea, I just know i’ll do something with it. This Joker card is such a card. I suspect it’s been sitting on my desk now for over a year. Another leaf that falls into place. Fun. Haiku.
The prompt for today is: Cards (Playing Cards) (Sept. 23)
Each 30 Days of Haiga post has a new Mister Linky button for that day. To connect your haiga post to the prompt for today, click on the Mister Linky button below and add your post URL link (which is different from your blog URL link) as indicated.
Leave a note in the comment section when you add your haiga post URL link and I will try to come visit your haiga (this may take a few days—especially toward the end of the month). Currently I’m behind on comments and visits. I hope to remedy this in the coming days.
Anyone can visit haiga created by others. Click on the Mister Linky button and then the post you’d like to visit.
