Love this prompt – I will revisit again later with a different version I think. (So much potential here….) For now, my simple offering is posted.
cool and aloha Amy. fun. post a response as often as you like. sometimes after i complete something is really when i begin to create. and it often just shows up. strange creatures that we are. . . . fun. thank you. aloha.

I am not sure my ‘A Master’s Brush’ writing from my wordpress page can be seen from the URL I placed in MisterLinky’s hands. Hope so. Thank you.
aloha WindIsFree – yes, i clicked your “windisfree” link and it took me to your “master brush” haiku – exactly the way it should work. cool on that.
i also saw that you had linked as dianaj yesterday. yesterday i was able to follow that link as well, however today it’s not working quite right (i think i can delete that link if you’d like me too—deleting the link wont effect your blog post at all—just let me know if you’d like me to do that). i’m not sure if you changed something possibly or something else is going on? no worries on it either way.
i saw that you were new to Ku On This and possibly WordPress too(?) which is cool. i know it takes some time to figure things out sometimes (at least it does for me) so no worries about this stuff. it’ll straighten out as we go on i’m sure.
just to let you know, each Ku On This prompt has a Mr Linky button that is a list for responses to that specific prompt. so your first link which was on the “Bird on One” prompt would go on that Mr Linky post so others can find your response to that prompt. i dont think you need to change this unless you would like to do so. in which case you could just add a link to that haiku post to the Bird on One prompt post.
as you go on these things will become clear and easier to do i’m sure, so i hope you will continue to play. this is simply for fun and learning. i like prompts because they take me out of my usual patterns and make me think in different ways. i can see by your blog that you like to write (and draw). cool on that. i do too. especially if it’s fun (even when the subject may be difficult).
fyi too—i often do not come around to responses until after i’ve posted my response to my own prompt (i like to do it that way but it’s not mandatory that i or anyone else does it that way). so if i do not get to your post for a week or so (as i’m posting the prompts weekly right now) i do intend to get there eventually.
thank you for playing, have fun with it. aloha – rick
Hi Rick, your brushes got me to think this morning…thank you
I entered my link in mister linky, but seems long to react…
aloha Benedicte – ha. i like when that thinking thing happens. cool.
cool too on your response and posting it in Mr. Linky. you know i think maybe the “long to react” might have been that two people were posting to it at the same time. it seems to be okay now altho something else seems to be happening with the other post.
sometimes a blog is as it is.
thank you for responding and for leaving the comment so i know your response is there. i usually wait to look until after i’ve posted my response (usually within 5-6 days), as i have already made one response i thought i’d look at yours to see if Mr. Linky was following through in the right way. it was. . . .
. . . . and what a fun response i found on your blog.
i hope others will look too. and that you will look at the response of others. people tend to leave something throughout the week. sometimes they come back even a few weeks later. cool on that too. cool on responding any time.
thanks for playing and fun on. aloha.

“A Master’s Brush” reminds me of the creating of a ‘pillow book.’
aloha WindIsFree. i like when something i do reminds someone of something. cool. now i’d like to see what this “pillow book” is like. fun on that too. aloha
